Imagine Lagos back in 1891 then think of Lagos today. Again imagine Lagos in the next 100 years. What can you notice? The so called outsiders are getting stronger, richer, owning property, getting more numerous.
In 100 years time, people will find it hard to believe that the so called outsiders were less than 50% in 2025. Just as many are finding it hard to believe that the outsiders were 0% in 1891.
We can't stop the progress.

Whatever you buy will not be strategic and it reverts to the family and state after 99 years we believe that you have recouped great returns from your investment.

The real owner can decide not to renew your 'rent'. At the core of this is that Lagos will never be for sale. Even land owned by FG must revert soon as FG stops using it.

Well this could be explained. To travel from the Grassy Savanah down south is actually easy than from the Thick Forest of the East to the West.

So, this explains the absence and should be a pointer to the fact that your their parents arrived much later.

It applies to Ghana, Benin Republic, Togo, Burkinafaso, Ivory Coast and many countries, yes Niger Republic........ Yorubas have been living very peaceful with the indigenes for more than a century, when no Igbo ever lived in their midst. That is another attestation to the FACT on ground.

We are not complaining about being prisoners . It's beautiful to witness how things are changing. The Igbos are becoming the most influential people in cities and countries where they had zero presence 100 years ago . I call this growth and progress. It is a good thing, and we all should applaud it. Now imagine Lagos in the next 30 years. It is going to be incredible.
