In response to Lamidi Kanu ranting at Justice Omotosho that his court had no jurisdiction to carry on with the trial, Justice Omotosho replied thus:

The presiding judge, justice James Omotosho ruled that the defendant should open his defence as jurisdictional issues and all others can be challenged at the court of appeal or included in his final written address.

From the statement above, I am sure the Judge has already reached both a verdict and his patience .

The response by Omotosho states clearly that Lamidi should include jurisprudence or lack of in preparing his appeal.

Lamidi madness suddenly disappear.

He thought he could intimidate Justice Omotosho in his own court.

Last minute firing of his legal team who I am sure had advised him to look into entering a plea bargain after Justice Omotosho overruled the ''No case submission '' entered by the defense.

Lamidi thought he will turn the court room to a podium to air his political ideology based on hate and lies .

He thought his monologue sessions on Radio Biafra were he gets instant validation from his extremist semi illiterate followers through SM likes and accolades can be replicated in a court of law .

See as he humble for the very first time.

He has been left to defend himself. All the people shouting the zoo will born if Supleme is arrested are now enjoying themselves at home

Even the former AGF he sacked was looking so despondent in court wondering what the hell he got himself into.

Omotosho has made it clear that lamidi must respond to the prosecution's allegations within 6 days and not the 90 days he is demanding .

The only lawyers that will be willing to take up his appeal going forward will be those wanting to cash out from IPOB slush funds or those wanting a Supreme court case.

This is what Nairaland has turned into. A place where senselessness is given an opportunity to showcase itself

This is why SEUN needs to understand that putting people in sensitive positions to moderate his platform my be based on ethos of principles and NOT FOOLISHNESS.
Re: It Was At This Moment That Lamidi Knew He Fckedup by Rantingpiglets: 2:28pm On Oct 23, 2025
But as PO Propaganda has made you all look senseless, the Nnamdi Kanu matter is your fallback position as your handlers have instructed.

Such a waste of youth masquerading are sophisticated.

You wish he was humble..

You wish he is broken

You wish he will be subdued

But disappointed that after all your noise..even Omotosho is engaging in illegal rascality.

But..in every chess game, moves are made and anticipated.

Una never even see anything...

Una go cry blood.. especially you.

Pls don't go tribalism those you are referring to are not calling igbo in general they were calling Kanu on his error and by the way if you say Kanu said no one should beg for him then why did you support Sowore on free Kanu stunt with protesters showing different placards with funny inscriptions? Since you believe no one should beg for him then pls stop disturbing the govt about Kanu freedom biko.

We are telling you arrogancy can't solve any problem, Nigeria is too big and complex for a single person to think he can do and undo it's not going to work that is just the truth

Injustice to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is an Injustice on all Igbos.
You can't pardon B@ndits that are till date savaging the country, recruit t€rrorist back into the army, give presidential pardon to drvg dealers and conv!!!cted mvrderers and still detain MNK for years.
