Monitor which fund. Who monitors the one FG is spending. Fake transparency government. You can't give account of subsidy and you want people to monitor money that will be shared. |

Since we have shown ourselves as a people incapable of financial discipline, interventions should be channelled in form of subsidies, tax credits and exemptions, direct cash transfers to beneficiaries monitored by the World Bank itself, etc.. Once there s a middleman involved in any intervention, transaction or contract in Nigeria, just know say the money otilor.. |

You picked that statement from my heart. How do we monitor what we didn't see, did we see the money or know how much a particular healthcare center was given? How do we address this minister Pate's irresponsible Utterances? As a minister, it's your job to enforce productivity, service provision to the citizens.....You should devise a way, a system to verify that those Healthcare facilities are providing medical services to the people...... merits: |

There's something sinister going on since the inception of BAT as president of Naija. Yes, due to ending of subsidy, more money has been coming into the system and therefore shared to the states without accountability. The sinister act is the manner at wish the executives has been dishing out money to all arms of government, the ministries etc.... But without accountability and any form of feedback to the people or the executives on what that money was used for..... It's distrastous that money will be pushed to LGAs without expecting accountability. Nobody supervises everyone, no supervision...... This is terrible... |

merits:You're the one that needs to screw the nuts upstairs. You sit down to always complain but when it comes to taking responsibility, you always run away giving excuses. You can't hold your Governors accountable for the allocations they get, you can't walk into the PHC close to you and ask how Govt funding is being used but you can enter your bank to ask questions. keyboard warriors. |

As of June, the government announced a fresh disbursement of N32.88 billion under the BHCPF to revamp more than 8,000 primary health-care centres across Nigeria. |
