Attention Lagos Ministry Of Land And Agbado/oke Local Councill by agukings(op): 12:20pm On Jul 22, 2025
We the owners of Land and building at Are- ATewogbola Street, Aboru Lagos Street write to report an illegal blocking of our street with a building which has made it very difficulty and also impossible for us to access of land and building.
We have reported this issue to the land owners from which we all bought the land , but the owner of the illegal building refuse to adhered to their instructions to remove the building or create an access road for for easy passages. He is insisting that is only the State Government of Local council that he will listen to.
The illegal building did not only blocked the street, it also blocked the drainage causing a lot of flood to owners of building behind him once rain fall.
We are seeking government intervention on this issue as we the owners of the affected lands do not want to take laws in our hand.

Thanks for your quick response
