Abuja ideally shouldn't have a Sharia Court from the moment it became the capital of Nigeria.

As for the man, he is not coming clear on the full details. Sharia Court will never touch a Non-Muslim property in any judgement between two disputing Muslims.

I truly wonder how that came about. How are citizens not aware that Sharia is operational in Abuja, the federal capital. No wonder the struggle to bring Sharia to Oyo state and the refusal of the state government.

A shocking video circulating online via Arise TV shows a Christian man in Abuja weeping over the loss of his building, claiming it was sealed and sold off by the Sharia Appeal Court Gudu in Abuja despite him having a title deed, not a Muslim and shouldn't have anything to do with a Sharia Court.
