You don't need this, the governor could have delegate this to one of his commissioners. Irrespective of any governor doing this, this are least things they should be popularising as achievement

My biological father is the CDC Chairman of my LG. For clarifications, CDC is association of CDAs in every LG. When my father was invited to commission a Transformer in one of the Wards that make up our LG, he told the CDA Chairman of the Ward to do it.

Meanwhile, these associations are volunteering.

So the OP must be on a combination of hard substances
