This statisense will just come up with nonsense stats. How do you know that? Which department or ministry is responsible for that in Nigeria? Do they even work or carry out their functions? How do they carry out their functions? Because I don't see anybody going to submit info about their jobless husband. So the market women, uneducated women all over Nigeria both in cities and rural areas give you information on the current status of their husbands financial capabilities? Infact, how many families in Nigeria do the government have their data.
