It's not there.....These HCP recruitment guys put me for mind...very wicked sets of people....They said because I click BSc why na HND and PGD I get, that was why they didn't send me test information. Who does that na....didn't they see the CV in the first place? Besides there wasn't PGD on the list and the closest was the BSc that is why I chose it....by ranking,it's equivalent....The is unprofessional and I condemn this wicked act of denying me this test....what I have been praying for all the way....

HND plus PGD are not equivalent to Bsc.

The SEB BROWSER took hours to download,

For those that participated in the mock test pls, are we using the same downloaded browser or we would follow same step to download again and lunch the test..
Please i need clarification.

i just saw the mail for the mock exam, i tried to do it but its showing the time has elasped. I've downloaded the SEB browser though but don't know if it will work

it's OK allow it to downoad completely and watch the video link on how to doenload and what to do after downloading the app.

dont open the seb software you downloaded. Just go to hcp.protee.webtest.ng and log in with your details.

From there, it will call up the software when you click on Take Exam

You appear to have already installed it, just close the window and proceed with the instructions in the email HCP sent to you.

INSTALL THE SEB BROWSER AFTER DOWNLOADING IT: MAKE SURE THE INSTALLATION IS SUCCESSFUL .

DEACTIVATE YOUR ANTIVIRUS BEFORE INSTALLING THE SEB BROWSER.
GOOD LUCK!

It's normal. when it's time for the test, go through the test link and clink on take the exam link. i think it will redirect you to the browser to automatically reopen and you begin the test

9am. I have been trying to login. I took the mock test yesterday

confirm that you entered your details in the right case. Password is case sensitive. also make sure you dont type space after your username and password. Contact their help line if it still doesn't work

used yesterday capturing for my authentication make that smile and no smile capturing stress me again

HND guys were called. BSc guys were called. So can you explain to me why I wasn't sent test information having been sent test selection preference mail? If not that you are wicked in your judgment....just like the recruitment team....
