The major area people complain about was about economy and borrowing, which was majorly mismanaged by Emefiele. If you really want to see how reform are done, ask China what they did many years ago and you will know that this our own is even small. There own was reform or die, they started attempting to build things for themselves, started with low quality but look at them today.
