First is my WhatsApp then my Gmail. WhatsApp might have some emergency messages which I need to quickly attend to while my Gmail gives me information about my Job and other mails.

Anxiety go first hook me 😂😂 cos my phone is always silent, free from notifications as I dislike piled up notifications, I mark all as "Read" and keep it moving. It's that bad cos I disabled Notifications on my phone.

For me, it'd be:
1. Phone.
2. WhatsApp.
3. Messaging App.

The rest can chill.

Why will I have notifications on IG, Youtube and Facebook? Not even really active on social media.

The only thing that can make me have this kind of notifications is if my noodes leak or I'm falsely accused of something.
