Hello everyone.

I am making a decision to relocate from Ilorin to Lagos.

I have lived in lagos for 18yrs, in Ilorin for 6yrs and due to some reasons, I have decided to relocate to Lagos and I want to change environment totally.

I work remotely so I need electricity if not 24/7, but at least 12 to 20 hrs per day.

I am considering 2 locations: Epe and Ikorodu.

What part of Epe can one see this type of stable electricity?

What part of Ikorodu can one see this type of stable electricity.

I am asking because I need it for my work and I know and have first hand experience with lying agents.

So, I would love any information from anyone who has lived or is living in any of th two locations currently.

Also, if i am looking for a mini-flat or room and parlour self contain, POP or not, what is a realistic budget?
