Please be advised that once Kanu is transferred to kuje prison from DSS detention, his brain will reset. I think he's enjoying a bit at the DSS. He will learn very soon. How do you appeal a judgement in same place you were discharged of all terrorism charges and which should have been either upheld or quashed by the supreme Court?

6 days?, when did the prosecution closed their case?, was Kanu not supposed to have opened his own defense immediately after?. why didn't he open his defense till now?. The court can't force him to open his case. The judge already ordered Nnamdi Kanu and his legal team to open his case. If he still insists he has no case to answer, the judge will have him and or, his defense attorney file that response before the court officially.

Subsequently, the judge will now pass judgement based on the the submission of the prosecution attorney and the defense attorney or Nnamdi Kanu himself, as it is in this case.

Bottom line, Nnamdi Kanu will be sentenced to a long, perhaps life imprisonment, jail term or death sentence.

He can go ahead and appeal the judgement in a superior Court.

So which ruling are you basing this your dismissal on?
