Exactly, I keep telling people that democracy is manipulated. It should be fair if it's democracy. Contesting for a position you hold isn't democracy. There should be a rule for those with the position not to contest that way it would seem democratic.

It's childish how they are making it about age when his near age mates like Trump, Mitch McConnell etc are ruling elsewhere in USA. Nobody should discriminate against anyone on account of age.

My concern is on getting the reward of good governance to the citizens of that country who have not given up on democracy and their country.

You can only rig an election where you are popular and he's winning because a significant percentage of Cameroon citizens still believe in his leadership.

Congratulations to President Biya.

It is obvious you did not follow the election closely.
Biya got 33% votes while the main Opposition Tchiroma take 53%.
But somehow, the Constitution Council of Cameroon Awarded Victory to Biya with the Electoral Body declaring Election Result after 15 days of the poll.

That's because, you only see Paul Biya. The people that are actually in chargeofbthe country are the ones returning him. It very possible that Paul did not even know how or why he's still the leader of that country.
