Nigeria needs a firm leader to enact a law to control her population. No man should marry more than one wife if he doesn't earn more than 1m per month, especially in the north.

The president will also ban and criminalise street begging among healthy people! When resources are scarce, nobody should be having children like rats.

Some sections of this country is too backward and they are not doing anything to change it that's why all the bad things that are happening from this country ranging from terrorism, electing wrong presidents, malnutrition, religious fanatics, lack of exposure, kidnapping, overpopulation stems from there.

They believe every Nigerian speaks their language.

Lies upon lies. North is rich.
Re: See Where The 20% Poorest Nigerians Live by chatinent:
Well, I don't doubt because I know poverty is everywhere.

The fundamental issue is that the nation pays lip service to education while actively undermining its principles. Consider the Nigerian graduate: after immense financial and personal investment in the overstressed and highly pressured institutions in the Nigerian school system, they are met not with opportunity, but with a void. "After NYSC, you fit go learn tailoring or yahoo." This begs the painful question: what is the functional worth of an education that offers no pathway to employment?

What's the use of the education with no job?

By the way, in the primary education and even in government schools where free textbooks are announced to be free and supposed to be given freely, it is being SOLD by the schools...and politicized... but the Ministry of Education and its sub-tiers'll pretend like they don't know.

On TV, primary and secondary school are fee-less and free but it's not so in reality. They charge these students and those teachers come and go anytime they like. Na why you go hear SS3 student in Nigeria public school go dey say "Buy for me pure water." Wtf!

Not just the students, the teachers are tired too because they always mostly wait for their salary months after the original month of payment. Nigeria is a debtor who borrows from bigger economies and also a debtor who owes those who work for them! But guess what? There's no time in Nigerian history are any politicians owed! Isn't that concerning?

I honestly feel that education is scam in Nigeria.

You fit struggle get firstclass and graduate then happily go find job and you will not get the job. One Ahmed who never attended lectures and who bought his sixth-class certificate will boss over you and get the job.

Or is it the politicians who weaponize poverty? If they valued the education, their children wouldn't be schooling abroad.

My dear, education in Nigeria na scam for the majority.

The most damning evidence lies in the nation's perverted incentive structure. The highest-paying profession in Nigeria is not medicine, engineering, or academia—it is theft. This is the only calculus that explains how our political class ranks among the global wealthy, while the institutions they are sworn to protect crumble into nothingness. My dear, when you piece it all together, you must admit: education for the majority na scam.

In layman's language, we have also become crusaders of this ruin.

I keep wondering how they collect their data in a country like Nigeria with no accurate database; we don't even know how many we are in Nigeria. The last census was marred with irregularities and manipulation for political purposes, that alone makes every data and statistics in Nigeria false and invalid until we carry out a free, fair, credible population census devoid of political manipulation and abracadabra.

Nigeria that cannot organize ordinary LGA election without voter and result manipulation.

Data collection and management are costly ventures that require utmost sincerity of purpose, consistent investment for decades and integrity to make it reliable.

We don't have what it takes as at today to churn out these kind of statistics this guys have been churning out.
