Come on man, we know of a region where they eat the heart of their dead kings and kill the king's personal assistant. Isn't that barbaric and archaic? Like I said, if evil practices surface , it's condemned and effort is made to eradicate them. Africa is still backward in many ways...no region is spared of that, including the sophisticated ones.
