I have said it time without number, infact it is my business policy. I will never put myself in a situation where I will have to stress myself to get paid for services I render. I will always be in control.
Eg before my service is rendered clients must pay in full. Ie I can take a deposit, but before the service is rendered, payment must be made in full. In situations where people are overwhelmingly persuasive and insist they make a deposit and will pay the balance when the service is been rendered, I make sure my staff have their goods in our custody and when it has gotten half way, we insist they balance payment before having access to their products. Some get angry, some say they will not do business with us again, me I no send, after you pay me I go apologize, but bottomline I don collect my money.
Omo, we have see and learnt the hard way you never give a Nigerian the opportunity to use you without paying, it is in the nature of Nigerians to play you after you give them payment after service.
I state my terms at the beginning, I am not begging for your business even though I appreciate stressless patronage. You agree to my terms we do business, you do not agree, then go elsewhere.
