Good day, everyone. I’m looking to kick start something I’ve been building quietly for a while. A development bank with a model that runs completely on its own. We’ll be our own customers, and all revenue will be generated internally... The only thing holding us back right now is getting the basics in place. We need a small workspace, anywhere decent enough to start from, and about 10 people with their own workstations... Our operation will run from 7am to 11am, perfectly aligned with the international time zone. Within those few hours, we’ll generate real income daily, not from clients or external trades, but from a system we’ve built to sustain itself... It’s like producing and using your own product, yet earning consistently from it every single day. What we need most is power and stable internet during working hours and a space to grow from... This isn’t just another project. It is something much bigger than me, something that could change the way we think about finance, sustainability, and growth. It’s the first of its kind in the world, and I believe it will open doors for a new generation of thinkers and builders... I’m open to anyone who wants to understand more or be a part of it. Feel free to reach out... 📧 mrfixitabuja@gmail.com |

I hope you are ready to raise minimum of 25 Billion Naira as deposit with CBN and another round of about 10 million dollars to setup your structures and banking system. Also, do you and your team meet the 30 years of working in the Banking sector. My advice to you, dream big but start small, start as a cooperative, then move to microfinance institution, then move to microfinance banking then deposit money bank and finally a development bank. I am sure this whole process won't take nothing less than 15 to 20 years. Alternatively create a DAO and operate in the Blockchain Technology Space, take not you might need to register in locations like Germany, Dubai or Estonia and you might need to still spend a lot of money, any ways fortune favors the bold |

ayoncox:To clarify, what I’m working on isn’t a traditional development bank in the regulatory sense that requires licensing, capitalization with the CBN, or sector based experience. I understand that a typical development bank focuses on providing medium to longterm financing for projects that drive economic growth, and that’s exactly the same goal we aim to achieve, but through a different, self contained process. Our structure operates internally, not in the open public financial system. Think of it like a local LAN network set up for private communication within a home, compared to a nationwide telecommunications company like Glo. Both achieve communication, but one does it privately and securely within its own ecosystem. That’s the same approach we’re taking. Our transactions and operations happen within a closed, internal system, where we are our own customers, and all exchanges take place internally. Because of this, there’s no need for the traditional licensing or capitalization process. Everything remains internal, structured, documented, and completely legal. I so much appreciate your advice though, and I’m taking every bit of it seriously. |

MrfixitAbuja:it's quite dangerous you know as you are bounded by the fiscal terms and policies of the Federal Government, doing such even if it's within your home is more or less like creating your own government and inside another government, the only way you can successful achieve that is by creating a DAO and maintain anonymousity |

ayoncox:What I’m building is a private, closed loop financial system with clearly defined internal rules and boundaries. It’s not a public bank, not a payment platform, and certainly not a substitute for any regulatory institution. There will be no public deposits, no currency issuance, and no sovereign functions of any kind. It’s an entirely different model, not the traditional development bank most people are familiar with. I have to be careful not to share too much at this stage, as the concept is both original and deeply personal. This project means a lot to me. It’s something I’ve dedicated years of thought and vision to. |

Every great shift in history started small, often from an idea most people didn’t fully understand at first. This is one of those moments. I’m fully committed to seeing it through, one step, one breakthrough at a time. |

This vision is still taking shape, but the pulse is strong, and the path is clear. I’m not chasing attention, just alignment. Those who see it now will one day be proud they did. |

This isn’t just a project; it’s a quiet revolution in motion. The kind that starts small, but never stays small. |

MrfixitAbuja:Forget al the big grammar you're using what you've described is essentially a co-operating association or esusu! |
| Re: Start Up by MrfixitAbuja(op): 6:13pm On Nov 02, 2025 |
SavageResponse:Not quite. We don’t take deposits or deal with the public in any way. No loans, no withdrawals, no disbursements. Everything runs strictly in house. It’s a closed system, completely different from a cooperative. |
