I have said it severally,no tribe is half as tribalistic as Yorubas,get an employment in an office with majority Yorubas,you are finished,they will speak only their language to make sure you are put out of daily activities in that office,you will be most likely stagnated,infact you may be forced to sign your resignation and the next day one Bayo,that is a messenger in that office will be instantly elevated to takeover your position.

In as much as i believe, merit based recruitment into organizations are the way to go! Northerners have for a long time turned federal jobs into personal gains they use to reward their kins. Go to BOI, CBN, DPR, NNPC, FIRS, NA, NN, Airforce, Customs, Immigration etc. and do a census to determine the number of people from Northern extractions in those places.

You'd see that the injustice this man so claims to be meted to them as a region is what they have been doing for a long time coming to other regions. If someone is trying to put a balance to it. I do not object. This country belongs to everyone, from East to West, North to South and we all deserve to be equally represented.

Even though the present government has not done enough in terms of federal character, Nigerians should all rise together to condemn injustices in whatever form. I have noticed that most people in Nigeria feel alright if things do not affect them but cry foul when the tides turns. Under Buhari, we witnessed the worst form of nepotism and favoritism, with recklessness without caring at all. Nigeria's leaders would continue to be the bane of Nigeria's underdevelopment. If you are a SE person and you say this, then LOL! What you typed up there is what you guys do normally, the moment it doesnt happen your way, you start shouting tribalism. Karma is a bitch. This is the way it has always been. I can remember when the North took the lion share in DSS recruitment in Buhari's ill-fated regime. And when people complained, the excuse given was that they were doing so to correct the imbalance of the past. So this very recruitment is done this way to correct the imbalance of the past.
