There was a ceasefire on ground but it did not stop Hamas from firing at Israeli military positions. 2 Israeli soldiers were killed in the first surprise attack and 1 extra was killed few days ago. Hamas does not want peace and Israel should ensure that Hamas is eradicated like a plague.
