The exchange rate is not an advert of foreign currency availability. As a merchant, you can run an ad for clearance sales. It doesnt mean you are guaranteeing endless supplies.

See how worthless the naira has increasingly became over the years especially under the last 2 otondos who have bastardized it the more. Then the APC said; "Is 1$ = #216 ok?" Today, they want sane people to accept 1$ = #1400 as ok too right?

Pdp met naira to dollars at 22 naira and within one year of democracy took it to 85 naira , but to you apc is the problem 😉
