Electricity is the most important factor. Constant supply of electricity is critical to one's well being. Everything else depends on it. Unfortunately Nigeria fails woefully in that regards!

Do you know the number of homeless people that sleep in the motor par in Lagos alone.. And mind you homeless people are to some degree cared for in the US, they are given shelter during winter and they are supplied abundant quality food. I can confidently tell you that homeless people in the US eat way better than most average well to do people by Nigerian standard in Nigeria..

Food is the most basic human needs. We eat to stay alive, otherwise we will all be dead. There's no life without food. A country where you will need almost 2 times its minimum wage for feeding alone should be considered the worst country on earth in terms of quality of life..

Nigerians wouldn't even know if the government is bad if they could cook a high quantity and quality pot of food for just 1k. Think about it.
For a developing country like Nigeria, it's starvation that alert people to how terrible government is..
