How would you know if a Lagos person migrated to Oyo or Osun etc.He and his families lived there for generations.His son becomes governor of Osun.
The same happens in Ogun,Ekiti etc and it is happening in Lagos.The underlying fact is they are Yoruba with same names,culture etc.

Why is Badagry treated like an orphan in Lagos State? When will a true Lagos Indigene: an Awori, an Egun, an indigenous Egba or Ijebu become Lagos State Governor instead of people from other states? Funso William, Musuliu Obanikoro, Jimi Agbaje, etc. were all frustrated. Why should non indigenous Yoruba have access t opportunities in both their true State of Origin and Lagos while Lagos Indigenes eat crumbs in their own state. So many questions.

Precisely the point I made about their unreasonable nature. A people who have seen the future, and are looking beyond the hopelessness of 'one Nigeria', gather to discuss and plan ways forward for the people and land of the SW.

Yet it is one set of people angry and cursing. The reason is simple. They are the only folks unreasonable enough to always have an arrogantly expansionist sense of entitlement over the land and decision-making of others in their land because they feel all land is there for them to move to and dominate.

When resisted they begin to fight and insult others. So annoying!!! Are Yorubas, or anyone else for that matter, doing or have ever done similar to them in their Land?

As if they even have the sophistication, tolerance and accommodating character to minimally allow others make unencumbered headway in their region let alone Yorubas etsl develop the overbearing sense of entitlement they show others in Lagos and elsewhere.

Maybe they know they can't survive on their own. Even when they launched their ill-fated Biafra in the
60s they still had their eyes on the niger delta and Lagos . They've shown time and again that their core land is not feasible economically on its own
