Any money spent on that refinery will always go down the drain, the country is still bleeding from the 2billion dollars spend on PH refinery till today na only street light them on with 2billion dollars o. if FG spend 100billion dollars on the refineries, it will still not work. Them go chop the money and as usual we the mumu citizen wont do anything abut it. its best they just sell it off outrightly.
