PDP is now APC, and they are definitely not gonna field a serious candidate in 2027.

That has been Tinubu's model of winning elections! He can never win a free and fair election in Nigeria
A hardened criminal mind in politics.

Nyesom Wike is very conversant with the law.

Pdp is finished, next are those Jokers called the ADC.
What of our country? Is it finished also, because of APC cluelessness, corruption and incompetence of the past decade?

This country is messed up.
I am not a supporter of a military take over, but this could be one of the reasons the Soldiers would give to take over government unconstitutionally.
Why is it that politicians would never allow a viable opposition which always check mate the ruling party and brings out the best in governance.

I just weep for this country. The problems of Nigeria is way too much.
I wish I am from any of these tiny African countries and live my life peacefully till I exit this world.
Yes you can try Cameron or ivory coast, these countries are well saved and Democrat.

I don't think the bolded is the main issue here, the question are:
1. Were valid state congresses conducted in the affected states as posited by the claimants?
2. Is the conduct of valid congresses in all 36 states plus Abuja, a pre-requirement for the holding of the convention?

I have no bones in the fight, but let's stop being emotional, if PDP hopes to present itself as a credible opposition they should at a minimum obey their own rules!

No sir. The court can intervene in any matter, including those involving political parties. However, a member of another party cannot approach the court over an issue that concerns only the internal affairs of a particular political party.

Nobody is really surprised, right.

They kílled that party long before now from within..

We are all just waiting for the burial date to be announced.

Just some few elements cashing out on the death of the party and using the proceeds to arrange for its burial..

Anybody there who is still interested in being a party man should either join the APC like others have been doing or join the ADC.

The only reason PDP still looks like a party is because there are still a few governors and lawmakers wearing the toga of the party but deep down their souls have left there or some have indeed sold out esp those disguising as leaders of the party.
it all started with them Saraki, Obasanjo's tearing his card then..
9ja it's heading to Yoruba Nation,he seized Lagos State till date and he'll do that even after 2031...
the Yorubas are working together with the help of the greedy governors from SS and SE...
he's held all of them
and he gonna keep doing that even after office cos he's got Alot on them plus Thier greed..
Tinubu is gonna be the godfather if 9ja politics
Na only age go limit that Man.. he's using the dumb Law very well

Multi party democracy is the best so that the citizens have choices to make.

Besides, China practice communism. The state resources are used for the peoples welfare. The corruption level is almost at zero level with death penalty for violators.

You guys are irredeemable with use of illogical thinking!

Was it Tinubu who caused PDP NOT to conduct valid congresses in 14 states, against its own rules, as stated in the court judgement?

Is it Tinubu that sponsored two PDP State Chairmen (Abia and Imo), South-South Zonal Secretary and other PDP members who took the issue to court?

PDP killed itself the day Atiku hijacked that 2023 Presidential ticket!

Today, former Governor Sule Lamido of Jigawa State, also got a court judgement barring PDP from organizing the November convention.

Was it Tinubu who also 'forced' Sule Lamido, who publicly criticises Tinubu everytime, and who has a reputation for being very stubborn, right from his SDP days in 1992, to take the issue of his deliberate exclusion from contesting PDP Chairman position to go to court?

When criticising , be objective, be sane...

No.
Tinubu said so.

anonimi:
May 1, 2025

May Day: Hunger, unemployment, insecurity real— Tinubu

According to him: “The theme demands our collective attention and serves as a stark reminder of the need to create an environment where every worker feels safe, valued, and empowered to contribute to the growth and prosperity of our nation. As your President, I assure you that this administration is committed to creating such an environment for the common good.”

On the economic hardship, he noted that while it is a global phenomenon, its effects on Nigerians are particularly severe.

Tinubu said: “I am aware of the peculiarities of the economic hardship Nigerians face—rising living costs, hunger, insecurity, unemployment, and the loss of livelihoods. These challenges are real and demand definitive solutions, which I am poised to address as your President.

Are these positions in contention?

I have also told you to read Eyitayo Jegede v Akeredolu. The same Again said it can be signed by a National Chairman and/or National Secretary. He held that it is not written in the Electoral Law or CFRN.

Try to get that copy!
