My guess is that you've not heard anything about the Russian Dead Man Hand system.

There's no winning a war with Russia. What you'd get is mutually assured destruction for all that is involved....then add that to this newly tested weapon, no such thing as facing off with Russia.

Learn your history very well. Russia were the first to run away from fighting US backed Taliban in Afghanistan before the US eventually pulled out later. Beside, pulling out of a fight doesn't mean you are weak. You might just see it as a waste and non beneficial to your cause in the long run...Learn your world history please.....
