The question is does the Nigerian judiciary have jurisdiction over a case that took place in Kenya? Because Kanu has to show proof that he was kidnapped in Kenya. The law cannot be settled with newspaper fillings! There has to be a judgement. Therefore, Kanu is just blowing air

Why is it now that this argument is coming up?

Why did Kanu not state this when he was first arraigned ?

The only thing Kanu is clinging on is that he did not make all of those inciting statements from Nigeria that saw to his foot soldiers attack Nigerian security operatives .

This is his only defense that the law only specifies any broadcast or publication from within Nigeria.
