Senator Ned Nwoko is our first governor

He deserves it.
Already as a Senator of Delta North, he is like the Governor even before the creation of this newly created Anioma.

He is worthy of it,he fought for it with tenacity of purpose and with the never die spirit of ndigbo,I will be so pleased as an Asaba man to join up with my brothers in the new state,that by the grace of God,will be known as Anioma state.

How sure are you about this Anioma state creation? I think each geopolitical zone will get one State each, except south south will get two, maybe Anioma and another state, then Anioma will be used to complete the southeast.

He earns it, so he deserves it. Is he not already a Senator, in spite of his religious inclination. If the people think he merits it, they would still vote for him, like they did during the Senatorial election, regardless of his beliefs.

Anioma State is almost here? More like Anioma State is almost a done deal thanks to Senator Ned Nwoko's tireless efforts. Who needs a governor when you have a senator with a vision and a never-say-die spirit? History will indeed be kind to him, but let's not forget the rest of us who are just along for the ride. Can't wait to see how this all plays out.

Funny how ndokwa people and indigenous people of the speculated area are fighting against this force association with igbos across the Niger, we don't have political correct politicians in southern Nigeria, historically this anioma people across the Niger are in every right share political history with the people of the Midwest, from the time of their fathers, starting with the establishment of proper government in small small villages and town, the kings in this anioma regions were stooges who were installed by the oba in Benin the people of anioma cultural consciousness was instilled by the ancient people of benin, the displacement of ancient Benin and oyo really tempered with a lot of ancient maps and how the old Western world work, but it's cool if the state remain in the SS sha after centuries of separation from their people they're finally free.
