Has anyone noticed any issues signing in to PSN or playing games online with the new MTN FibreX?

Since yesterday, when I got mine activated, I've been able to update firmware, update games, but for some reason, I cannot play games online.
Every time I "Test Connection", I get a NAT Type Failed error, and it never connects. Funny thing is, I can see friend updates on the home screen as if I was connected to PSN, i can even enter PS Store, but I just cannot play with the NAT type error.

I don check online for possible solutions like enabling UPnP in the router admin, changing to Google DNS in the WiFi setup on my PS4, and other things, but it just won't connect.

Anybody get solution?
Because I wan try game and stream this weekend.

what Os version are you on? Try the 1.1.1.1 universal google dns

I’m also having the same problem. Any solution?

yes go to your Lan setting select advanced
change your DNS settings from auto to manual
change primary DNS to 8.8.8.8
change secondary to 8.8.4.4

You know how many YouTube tutorials I don watch? Nothing worked.

I merged the WiFi bands, used Google DNS, did port forwarding, wetin I no do. All fail.

I don write MTN customer care, hopefully they'll fix it from their end.

Where you able to fix this? Unable to get into an online game, and even when it loads into the lobby, I'm getting over 800-1000ms pings.

Did MTN get back to you regarding this issue, as I’m facing similar issues right now. I just got mine installed on Monday this week, and initially, I was able to connect download a few games and even play online games, yesterday I kept trying everything but it wouldn’t work, I kept getting either NAT 3 or NAT failed for some reason and the console wouldn’t connect to online services, I tried everything chatgpt told me to but I couldn’t solve it. I think the issue is most likely from MTN themselves, ChatGPT was saying that it was because of MTN’s “CGNAT pool” whatever that is. Please update us if you’ve managed to solve this. @6footplus
