Project Update

Indoor painting of the second unit in our 6 luxury bedroom mansion located in Chevron, Lekki, Lagos. This is the story of resilience. I and my team didn't let external factors like rain hinder their performance; instead, we pushed through, ensuring the job was done right. It's a testament to their commitment and the meticulous attention to detail that goes into each project, no matter the circumstances.

Nature Meets Modern Design — Chevron Drive, Lekki

In this second unit of our Chevron project, greenery takes center stage — creating a refreshing balance between architecture and nature. The carefully arranged palms and ornamental plants line the exterior beautifully, softening the structure’s modern edges while adding life, color, and calmness to the space.

Each flower bed has been thoughtfully designed to complement the building’s contemporary finish — from the lush green palms that welcome you at the entrance to the neatly arranged snake plants and tropical shrubs that frame the walkways and walls.

Beyond aesthetics, these plants bring vibrancy and freshness, transforming the surroundings into a serene, welcoming environment. It’s the perfect touch of nature woven into modern luxury living here in Chevron, Lekki.

Unit Three — Hampton Lake, Lekki

First Image – The Kitchen Area:
This photo captures the sleek and modern kitchen setup currently under installation. The illuminated wall cabinets, central island, and fine finishing reflect a perfect blend of functionality and luxury. Every detail — from lighting placement to cabinet alignment — is being executed with precision to deliver a high-end contemporary kitchen design.

Second Image – The Master’s Bedroom (View 1):
Here, the master’s bedroom design showcases refined craftsmanship in progress. The tall glass wardrobes with black framing add elegance and sophistication to the space. The combination of dark ceiling accents and bright flooring creates a balanced contrast that highlights the room’s premium aesthetic.

Third Image – The Master’s Bedroom (View 2):
This second angle of the master’s bedroom reveals the other design of the room the aquarium and ceiling lighting arrangement. The recessed lights and hanging pendants are strategically positioned . The room’s modern wall partitions and wide windows promise a bright, airy, and luxurious feel once completed

Update on the second unit in our Chevron Lekki Project

The first Image is the Private Cinema Room –
This custom-designed private cinema room offers a luxurious movie experience with plush recliner seats, ambient LED lighting, and a sleek dark finish that enhances visual immersion. The starry ceiling effect adds a touch of elegance and relaxation, making it the perfect space for entertainment and comfort within the home.

The second and third image is the Poolside & Lounge Area –
The outdoor pool and lounge area reflect a modern leisure concept, featuring elegant blue tiles, a stylish and beautifully arranged greenery for a serene atmosphere, we will also place artificial grass to blend in this lovely backyard. Designed for relaxation and social gatherings, this space brings a resort-like feel to the residence, combining functionality and aesthetics in perfect harmony.

The cleaning team has started clearing significant parts of the house especially the masters bedroom. You can see the building is undergoing its final touches. The vibrant green color cabinet, sleek countertops, and the teamwork of our skilled workers are all part of creating a space that will truly shine.
