Guys, so the ZTE ODU was installed today. However, I noticed that the interface is completely different from the the ones I have been seeing here. It's also nothing like the ZLT ODU's interface. It's so basic and annoying. I can't even see what network type (5G, 4G) I am on, or signal strength. I really don't understand it. Is there any other ip address for advanced settings? I am currently accessing the interface via 192.168.18.1

I downloaded cell mapper but didn't use it.....go into the ZTE odu page, write out the list of PCI and EARFCN you can see, they might be more depending on your environment. Lock them one by one by inputting them into the cell locking script prompt, confirm and test the speed, whichever one gives you the best speed, lock it and that's it. I was getting ranging from 5mbps to 20mbps. Sinnce I lock a particular cell, i have been having consistently excellent internet speed with good ping

These are the screenshots from my ODU developer options, do I have to apply all or they are locked already?

I went to the Airtel office and was told that Airtel only did partial verification which currently failed and the line needs to be whitelisted before I can redo the registration.

My question now is can I port to using physical Airtel sim since mine seems to support it(says I can switch) by? I don’t like the esim wahala. Any help would be very much appreciated.

you can insert a physical sim if you want to but Airtel needs to reregister the esim for it to come up. It was a partial registration that waa done. They will still give you the remaining days after doing the needful. Pending that, you could insert a physical sim if needed

All you need is the list of PCI and EARFCN.
ODU can also display the values too.
Just pick a PCI and the corresponding EARFCN and lock it

I see the Lock Specific Physical Cell option but when I click it, it says there is no data in the list.

You should ensure the PC or phone you're using to access the IP is also connected to it. I know it's obvious but it can be the reason, maybe you connected to another network.

Has anyone's speed drastically reduced? Here's my speed.

I know I haven't hit FUP because I just re-subscribed on the 25th plus I haven't used up to 500GB afaik.

if you are getting this upload speed then you just have a need network

X25 pro doesn’t need a script. It already has a physical cell lock function

okay now I get, I’m already locked to band 7 and the speed has been great tho.

I have 3 cell towers and 1723 being the closest tower with full 5/5 network bars wasn’t browsing.


3256 had 4/5 of network bars and was the fastest with better upload and download speeds than the cell 3400 with also 4/5 network bars


Damn I love this X25pro router.

Yes, on the ZTE ODU with script.
I don't own ZLT ODU( I heard it has in build cell lock)

Lock the first then test the speed..
Repeat on the second then compare the one that has the highest upload and download speed.
