Despite how terrible things are, this is true. The international community can help by monitoring things here and by making sure the next elections reflect public preference |

Ezeama400:Lying moomoo, stop spreading fake news. Most of you are clueless on past US actions in other countries. It will only bring pain even to those that rhey claim to protect. Will the Us move all of you 100 million to the US? I dey laugh in Swahill. Trump will not even allow 100 not to talk of 100 million Christians. At the end of the day you will be worse off when he's done with you. At the end of the day, this is not really about you, it's about changing the world view from Gaza to Nigeria. You are just a cheap pawn in a game that will not favor you in the long run. Just wait and see. |

We should wait for you to become president in 2089. I guess by then there'd be no Nigeria to lead with accountability, etc |

LZAA:In order to see the bigger picture here, you have to sharpen your tools of analysis. Or, are we no longer the same administration that declare a genocide against White people is taking place in South Africa? madridguy:one think I like about you and Coronaviruspro is that sometimes you're objectivenand raw with the truth despite supporting this government. Tho the victims are not only Christians but Muslims are also victim as well if not most. The killers should be neutralised and those funding and sponsoring them exposed |

Since Sowore doesn't want America in this fight, he should promptly be drafted to go and fight it. When the chips are down, God forbid, everyone should remember characters like him who are standing against external help. I've always suspected him and VeryDarkMan of being part and parcel of pretend opposition planted by the government to sway the public in government's favour when needed. It's called controlled opposition. They'll be in government payroll and pretend to be fighting them until the day they're needed for some strong manipulation of their large following, then they sway the public in government's favour. |

Dear President Trump (POTUS) Nigeria has become a hotbed of terrorism in West Africa, serving as a fallback base for extremist groups across the region. I wish to personally thank you for listening to the daily cries from those of us following the humanitarian crisis and for those living in what has effectively become a failed state. The truth is that life in Nigeria has become unbearable for millions. For years, the country has endured unchecked brutality — a cocktail of terrorism, Fulani jihadist militias, kidnappings, abductions, human trafficking, money laundering, religious extremism, and state-sponsored persecution of ethnic minorities, particularly the Biafrans of the South East. Even more concerning is that Nigeria is currently led by a President with serious criminal allegations, Ahmed Tinubu, whose background has drawn comparisons to Manuel Noriega of Panama. His questionable record and leadership have become matters of global concern. Furthermore, Nigeria’s government routinely defies African Court rulings on human rights, disregards UN mandates, and undermines international legal standards. In essence, it has become a pariah state within the community of nations. We therefore urgently request that the United States take swift and decisive action to stop the spread of terrorism across West Africa and the entire continent. The southward movement of jihadist groups from the Sahel represents a grave and growing threat — one that America and its allies must address before terrorism engulfs Africa. |

DaddyJapan:You are validating my point BRICS A partner country is just that A partner Did the US slam sanctions on them then? Have they slammed sanctions now? The way you lot make noise about resources is beyond laughable Libya and Angola have more oil The DR Congo has far more resources What exactly is the resources you keep badgering about? The Elites complaining now are doing so because this designation simply means their ill gotten wealth and properties in the states are as good as gone. Face your problems here and quit with the conspiracy theories. |

agentakins:Many in Nigeria are insisting that the threat of attacks was because Nigeria had decided to speak in support of a two-state solution to the Israel-Palestine war. Nigeria is among about 157 countries that recognised Palestine, and the country has done so since November 18, 1988. It has, in recent years, spoken against Israel’s aggression and for a solution that ensures the existence of Palestine as a territory. |

I'm surprised some miscreants are celebrating this gun blazing speech by Trump. Just because their fav lost the last presidential election. Do they think gun blazers will differentiate between Tinubu supporters and Peter Obi ? Remember Lyba , Afghanistan and Syria Those countries, as we all. Know are worst off than what they were all because of foreig intervention. It's we Nigerians that know whats wrong here. Let's be honest with ourselves, truly Christians are being killed in some parts of Pleatue , Kaduna and Adamawa but when foreigners say it , they say " genocide against Christians" I still have friends that are Christians in Katsina and Kaduna and they're niether affected nor have experienced it before. So let's not support foreigners to come and destroy our nation. After the war, they will leave for the country but we have nowhere to go. Let's calm down. Trump is a media sensational man . |

ogashman:Lol!!! If a woman is abused in her home and she has never fought back, no one will save her, she can only save her self by making up her mind to uphold change and not lie there docile and think someone will come save her. Over 350 women have been buried this year alone as a result of domestic violence. Now tell me how US have helped Libya, Syria, Afghan, iran, Iraq etc. They have only left those countries in ruins. You expect soldiers from another country to come fight your fight and die for you while you wait to enjoy the dividends? Keep dreaming, we all must rise from our asses and demand change, if we die we die, if we perish we perish, its better to die for a cause than to die of hunger and suffering. |
