When it comes to dirty animals, pigs are the dirtiest.
It is in their nature. Dirt is their natural habitat.
It's even in how they eat.
How you know which animal is the dirtiest is when they're left to roam freely.

Pigs are even used to define other animal species that are dirty.
For example: catfish are the pigs of fish, as ducks are the pigs of birds.

They are considered unclean because of their propensity to host harmful parasites and not because of their physical hygiene. We can say all animals are dirty, but where the dangerous tape worms for example are associated with pigs, catfishes are NOT known to host them.

Did you know that pigs are almost as intelligent as human beings? Just google their iq level in comparison to other animals.

They are not particularly dirty but they are known to search for food everywhere including rubbish dumps. Also google their level of dirtiness in comparison to other animals.

But when I started seeing clean ones, nobody gave me. I don't know how to cook it. If a good cook gives me, I will eat. Not regularly, but I will tick it off my food bucket list.
