I read the news this morning that Tinubu will be going to USA to beg Trump over his tweet of invading Nigeria. In a previous post, I had appealed to Nigerians to explore the option of pressurizing the national assembly to as matter of urgency begin the impeachment of Tinubu and removal of his muslim/muslim government to restore Nigeria's dignity in eyes of the international community. But sadly many Nigerians are still bent on supporting Tinubu's failed government due to tribal and relgious sentiments. In order to avoid additional international embarrassment to Nigeria, Tinubu should not be allowed to go to USA for now. It will not surprising that the invitation to meet US VP Vance may be setup to further rubbish Nigeria's image. Tinubu may be detained on arrival to USA over his drug related case (any other crimes that he may have committed in US which he fought to hide during the last electon) or even on trumped-up charges of aiding terrorism. I will maintain that the best option for Tinubu if he truly cares about Nigeria is resign as president to save Nigeria from further international shame.

Tinubu has too many baggages to continue as Nigeria's president in critical times....

Tinubu is a patriot and will represent Nigeria well. His visit is an opportunity to strengthen ties and showcase Nigeria's sovereignty. We are not scared of Trump or any other entity.

Any move towards invading Nigeria is a direct threat to our sovereignty and must be opposed.

How does this help Nigeria, so you want US to forcefully setup military in another sovereign country? Are you not ashamed?

to many Nigeria have not gotten any independent yet. The colonial only change hand to another wicked set of people who lounder and destroy the economy. Go to the street Nigerians are in support of the invasion. The the House is divided and crashed what do you expect. Let everyone go there separate ways

Tinubu is the president of Nigeria and will engage with world leaders as he deems fit. I don't see how that translates to embarrassment for Nigeria.

He should go and represent Nigeria well like he always does.
