First picture - this is the ceiling of an Airbnb I'm staying in Bogota Colombia, I wish I could get something like this. It Looks really neat and mature. I really can't figure out the material they used. It feels strong so it's not board.

Second picture - this is the ceiling of an apartment in DE. I'm thinking of doing the bedrooms on the ground floor like this , Just paint it white. Do you think it's a good option.

The first ceiling could be made of either gypsum or cement board, the thickness of the board could be the reason for it being solid. If done well, no trace of joint will be seen and it will be leveled accordingly.
The second one looks like a plastered decking.

Hello everyone, can someone please recommend a neater, respectable and cheaper alternative to P.O.P ceiling (the one that's constructed from scratch).
I'm personally not a fan because of the duration of construction, the expense, and also the wastefulness of materials. I'm also not a fan of the designs and the clownish lights that make bedrooms look like clubhouse or beer parlor.
I'm also not a fan of polystyrene for reasons like heat, fire, and lightness.

I'll appreciate if anyone can recommend other alternatives especially for bedrooms and kitchen. For the living rooms, POP can be constructed for them.

Pls, I purchased a property recently and it has CofO but I wasn't given the property original documents because there is another building behind the property I bought which the CofO cover too..... Even the building documents I didn't receive because it cover the other building..... Is this approach from the seller correct since I only bought one property out of two on the same land but demarcated by Fence?

Also, I plan to do some modifications on the structure and would like to know if I require any of the Building approval documents from the seller?

The land use charge was delivered last week and would like to know how to change the name from the seller to reflect my and what are the implications if I choose to leave the seller name on it?

Lastly, I am considering doing my own Survey probably this month and would like to know if I need anything from the Seller

for the tank stand,it will cost you 2.4ml and for the railings, it's 80,000 per meter. When measured, you can get the total cost of the railings

C of O is a statutory right of occupancy granted by the government to use and occupy LAND for a period typically 99 years. So, C of O is for the Land and the right to use the land.

Therefrom, it is not uncommon to have several properties on a piece of land with ONE C of O.

So the seller should issue you a Deed of Assignment formally transferring their interest in your section of the land specifically the unexpired residue of the C of O to you. You should then perfect the Deep of Assignment by obtaining Governor's Consent.

You may need to survey your section of the land and the survey and C of O details included in the Deed.

I'm not a property lawyer. Speak to a property lawyer if you bought the property without a lawyer.
