They just had change in leadership last week. So the new CDSA hasn’t even officially resumed and definitely he’ll try to add his own candidates before shortlisting for apl. So e fit even reach January tbh.

Good afternoon everyone, please I need advice. I work with the LG in Kaduna, the job is unsatisfactory and I don't see myself doing this job in the next 1 or years. So recently i talked to a cousin of mine about my predicament, he promised to get me something better at least. He called me today about a job in a bank Contract staff(He seems certain I'll get the job), I was excited at first, but right now and I am having doubts about the offer, after speaking to someone and based on what I am reading about contract staff in banks.what is the salary structure like,biko should I take the offer or decline? honest advice please.

N.B. I love my peace of mind.

it depends on ur career goals and prospects but have it in mind that u will work ur ass out with little salary if your goal is having peace of mind.

According to the NYSC Boss, 400000 (four hundred thousand) graduates have been mobilized this year excluding those that were exempted. This figure is projected to hit 650000 next year by NYSC. This suggests we may not have less than 5million unemployed graduates currently in Nigeria fighting for the meager federal job openings in 2025.
I want a federal government job, you all want a federal government job. I pray myself and you reading this piece gets a federal government job but wisdom also demands we do not pretend about the truth......Not everybody will get a federal government job.
At 30+ it's no bad idea if we prepare for life without government job while we keep giving our best to get it, if it comes glory to God. If it doesn't our life wouldn't be a waste.
Just looking at it from the other perspective.......some may call it pessimism but I prefer to term it reality.
