So many death from accident, lack of adequate health system, fallen houses, terrorism, child birth, cultism.

Please how do we reduce all these to the inevitable minimum..?

How practically step by step can we get this things done..

Example

Health: we build more hospitals, increase physicians wages.. and make sure there is a resident surgeon ready to go to action attached bro every 3 hospital radius..
