What is causing terrorism in Northern Nigeria is what is causing it in Iraq. Islam.

Did America invade before Islamic groups started operating in Nigeria? If No, the restiveness in Iraq has nothing to do with America invasion. It is an Islam thing

No, there is war in Liberia because you waged war against them abi ?, you people just constantly throw logic, common sense and truth away for tribalism and religious supremacy, Nigeria is the way it is today because of people like you and those currently in power who reason like you...

Would the U.S. know precisely where to drop bombs? Keep in mind the phrase, "They (terrorists) are using civilians as human shields.

....definitely she will be better than Nigeria, but not better than the old Libya. Don't let selfish reasons or vendetta be the silent reasons for the destruction of Nigeria on both sides. US should face her Trump-made problems. Tinubu should do better than all these.

Where in the world has American government been able to restore security before? They went Libya, Iraq and Afghanistan but they left those places more insecure than they met them. Do you know how many people have die in USA to gun violence only in 2025? Over eleven thousand people have die to just gun violence in USA alone in 2025. You can Google it yourself. You are depending on who can't provide security for her own citizens to come and rescue you. grin ;Dit is purely witchcraft.
If Nigeria government can't provide security for her citizens then no one would....
11k people died in a country of 350m where guns are allowed.

More than that has died in your country with lesser population where guns are not allowed. And you think you just made a slam dunk with this statement? Make that make sense.

First of all for some context, Liberia was founded in the 19th century by freed African-Americans under the auspices of the American Colonization Society. The Americans has vested interest in the country from the get go.

Secondly, Over the decades, Liberia maintained a special relationship with the U.S., including military training, economic assistance, and strategic cooperation. It wasn't like the US just showed up, they were always there.

Thirdly during the first civil war in Liberia, the U.S. did not militarily intervene to remove Doe, nor did it deploy large-scale combat troops to restore order. Instead, its involvement was more limited: evacuation of U.S. citizens, diplomatic engagement, encouragement of mediation, etc.

Lastly, in answer to your question, the war in Liberia did not end solely as a result of direct large-scale intervention by the United States government. Instead, its conclusion was the product of multilateral efforts — primarily regional, diplomatic and United Nations-driven — combined with U.S. support in certain roles.

The United Nations, via United Nations Security Council Resolution 1497 (1 August 2003), authorised a multinational force to support the cease-fire and peace process in Liberia.

Regional actors such as Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) and regional forces played the lead role in enforcement and peacekeeping.

The U.S. was involved, but its involvement was relatively limited, often through evacuation operations, logistical assistance or supporting the broader multinational mission rather than being the primary force ending the war.

So using Liberia as a case study is a weak argument, the parameters are different.
All these long stories are not needed, It was until USA led by George Bush in 2002/2003 waged in to the war that it ended, ECOWAS have been trying to end and they did not, I'm not a kid, I followed up the whole events then, I have had access to satellite tv since the 90's, so I watched events unfold as it was happening....

George Bush made the major move and instructed OBJ to go and finalize things... I still remember the videos of U.S envoys entering Liberia and people jubilating, though it wasn't a full scale military invasion but the U.S presence in Liberia ended it.

Nigeria govt has proved incapable of fighting bandits and it will only get worst with time, as such external intervention is needed.

Japan was invaded by U S A today they are fine.

Gun violence is different from targeted attacks on villages, farmlands, human beings etc for a number of decades! Any environment that allows free use of guns is prone to gun violence.

"Now disgraced country "indeed. I don't even understand why some people are alarmed and worried by what Trump said. He didn't say he want a change of regime in Nigeria but that he wants to Kill those jihadist, terrorists, kidnappers and bandits killing innocent Nigerians. I think this should be welcomed by all and sundry.

The Nigerian citizens don't trust the government of Tinubu to resolve the security issues facing Nigeria...

All the countries you mentioned are all Islamic countries, is Nigeria an Islamic country? You refused to mention countries like Liberia that U.S intervention has brought peace to till date...

So if the Nigerian government cannot protect its citizens then people should keep dying abi?

Look at the way you people reason, tribalism and religious bias makes you people throw common sense and logic away
There was no US intervention in Liberia. It was Ecowas intervention led Nigeria. Not only in Liberia, it happened in Sierra Leone too. US did not intervene in both countries cos they have no oil. It's not an Islamic thing, it's a resource thing. And US always damage those countries more before leaving in disgrace. Thank you

So you opined people should keep dying since US hasn't saved any country from insecurity before...

You talked about Google so use it to counter some of the claims you made about Afghanistan, Iraq etc. None has same issues as Nigeria. The Talibans were driven out of power and for over 2 decades a lot of persons were able to attain their potential especially in Education and skills acquisition. Afghan women got education and many relocated to US when Biden told gave three years for the army to begin gradually withdrawal from Afghanistan. Those ladies would have been child brides are sex slaves as the Taliban was doing before the US intervened. Arab Politics and cost made them leave. The US has done more good to global peace that harm. Without them we would have been invaded since cos we don't have modern war equipment or intelligence.
Try watch some CNN or BBC documentaries online about Afghan women

Neither will America government grant solution but exacerbate insecurity. The only responsible solution is state security network or local government security network control by the locals. It is never Trump invasion.

I recall watching it and the white soldiers that were welcomed in Liberia wore blue helmets, which is the UN not US.

Christianity changed all. Christianity is being Christ-like. The old testament most of the Old testament instruction were reformed by the death and resurrection of Jesus.
The old testament says stone an adultrer Jesus told the woman "woman I dont condemn you. Go and sin no more,"
Same applies to stoning for blasphemy. Moses did all that because of the stubbornness of the people. Jesus came with mercy and grace.

This is why no Christian will fight you if you insult Jesus. If you like curse him, it is your problem not ours.
Your Imams are not smart enough when they argue to prove the Bible wrong, their low IQ is exposed
