While you are largely correct, I think it's better we allow middle belters be at the forefront of this fight because they are the biggest victims.

As it's, Igbos are being blamed for the US interference even when we're not the biggest lobbyists in this issue. Every bad thing that happens in Nigeria, some ethnic groups try to pin it on Igbos. So, it's better we stay on the sidelines cheering Northern Christians, but never overshadow them.

Northern Christians did the lobbying the most. We should acknowledge that. Right from 2016-2018, Northern Christians lobbied very hard to get Nigeria on the list of CPC, and they succeeded. David Hundeyin was a lead journalist in that research. Why he has suddenly changed tune is surprising and disappointing.

A prominent Northern Christian elite - Obadiah Mailafia - died mysteriously after revealing how these Fulani terrorists operate in a series of videos. It's that previous lobbying links that these Northern Christians worked on since it's the same president as of then (Donald Trump).

On Facebook, there are pastors and Benue people living in the US who have direct contact with American lawmakers.

While IPOB has some connections in this matter, we should allow Northern Christians take the full credits especially as they are the most affected group. This is because when the heat subsidise, others will blame Igbos even though we didn't do much of the work.

Recently, my landlord said to me, "if not for Igbos Fulani would have over ran Nigeria by now" I was shocked when he said it.
