Which Job Posting Sites Do You Get Jobs From? by Nefort(op): 6:30pm On Nov 03, 2025
There are several job posting sites out there and I really want to know which ones you have gotten jobs from. I don't want waste my time on job posting sites that have fake or outdated jobs.

Apart from marketing and business development positions, you need an insider to get 90% of the jobs posted online.

It's really draining, but just keep searching. Just get used to the regret mails and know that you just need one positive email to change your story.

There are sites you apply for jobs and you never get any regret mails. It makes me wonder whether the jobs are genuine. That's why I am asking to know where most people apply for jobs and get a response from the company. Whether it's a regret mail and or an interview and eventual offer.

Jobberman is a site that I hardly get any interviews or regret mails. It makes me wonder whether it's a waste of time. At least the regret mails shows the job posting site is providing genuine jobs.

Jobberman is a usel£ss website. I think LinkedIn is the best. Just set up a good account and update it with your activities once in a while.

Linkedin will generate and send your way openings that you are a good fit for. Also, prospective employers and recruiters will reach out you and ask for your CV

The issue is getting feedback from companies when you apply through those sites. I haven't gotten feedback from companies when I apply through Hot Nigerian jobs. It makes me wonder if vacancies actually exists and not being cooked up by the website admins.

Two of my main full time jobs were from Hotnigerianjobs/Myjobmag. Plus plenty other interviews.
You might need to get someone to check your CV/Resume if you've been applying to the right jobs for over three months without a single response. (Btw, I do CV writing/revamping).
I've spoken with a number of people who complain about not getting interview invite if feedback, when I see their CVs, I see the reason there's no response.
