Indeed, the Southern Nigeria Presidents right from OBJ to GEJ (In 2014 under Goodluck Jonathan, the Fula militia bandits were declared the 4th deadliest terror group on Earth by the Global Terrorism Index) and the current one have NOT kicked enough ass against the favoritism given to foreign Fula militia bandits, the foreign Tuareg bandits known as Lakurawa from Niger Republic and Mali terrorizing Nigerian communities. The JNIM jihadi groups from the Tuaregs of Northern Mali and Niger Republic too have also attacked Nigeria for the first time in Kwara just last week killing a soldier as reported in the media. The BH too are getting logistics through Chad and Niger Republic so it's a very big issue which calls for BIGGER international intelligence corporations.

The Hausas too in online videos I've seen since 2024 have vowed NOT to vote for any Fula politician as Governors or President because the Fulas have been allowing their foreign Fula militia bandits cousins to attack the majority indigenous Hausa people and the Middle Belt communities for years now. The foreign Fulas are also stealing Hausa lands and renaming the communities with Fula names.

President 'Bola Tinubu and his team have to wake up firm in calling the Fula bluff, and deal decisively with the Fula bandits. The Tuareg-led Lakurawa bandits and BH in the Yobe and Borno States areas can then be taken care of as well [and then proceed to build strong physical walls made from stabilized bricks with electric fencings and a strong biometrics database] to separate Nigeria from Chad, Cameroon, Niger Republic and Benin where these insidious bandits from the West African Sahel countries come from.

If these are done, the Hausas, the Middle Belt States and indeed many Nigerians will re-elect him in 2027 due to improved security. Period.

Lakurawa Terrorists Ambush Nigerian Federal Lawmaker's Convoy, Kill Soldier, Injure Several Others

Lakurawa terrorists, locally referred to as bandits, on Tuesday afternoon ambushed the convoy of Jafaru Mohammad Ali Damisa, the Member representing Borgu and Agwara Federal Constituency in the Niger State House of Representatives, killing a soldier and injuring others.

SaharaReporters gathered that the terrorists also vandalised about 11 vehicles during the attack along the Lumma–Babanna road in Borgu Local Government Area of Niger State.

The attack occurred while the lawmaker was travelling to Babanna town for an official engagement, catching his security team and aides by surprise.

SaharaReporters learnt that the assailants, heavily armed and lying in wait on the road, opened fire between 1pm and 2pm, triggering panic among members of the entourage, including security escorts and political supporters.

Sources familiar with the incident told SaharaReporters, “One soldier was killed on the spot, while about eight others sustained varying degrees of injuries. The wounded personnel were immediately evacuated to the General Hospital, New Bussa, where they are currently receiving medical attention.”

“At least four supporters of Hon. Damisa were also hit by stray bullets, though medical sources confirmed none of them lost their lives,” the sources added.

SaharaReporters gathered that the attackers “vandalised about 11 vehicles in the convoy, riddling them with bullets and causing extensive damage.”

Sources further noted that all the vandalised vehicles have been evacuated from the scene as at the time of this report.

“Despite the intensity of the attack, Damisa escaped, following the swift response of his security escorts and reinforcement from troops at the Forward Operating Base (FOB) Babanna, who quickly mobilised after receiving a distress call. Their arrival led to a fierce gun duel, forcing the bandits to retreat into the forest.”

In reality, Umaru Yar'Adua's Government DIDN'T deal totally and decisively with the insidious Northern terror sects and the extremely porous and non-existent borders made matters WORSE. After the killing of BH's founder Muhammed Yusuf in Borno State, the remnants of BH (The fanatical Islamist sect known officially as JAS, which was founded in 2002 during the OBJ Presidency in Borno State) ONLY got bolder and stronger by affiliating themselves with Al-Qaeda after Muhammed Yusuf's death in the hands of security agents who Yar'Adua had ordered to take them down in 2009. In 2006 for example, I remember reading about how members of JAS (aka BH) in bloody invasions attacked Panshekara in Kano State with guns, bows and arrows until the security agencies repelled them with Police helicopters and more from Kano and it was widely reported in the media such as Punch newspaper and the TheNEWS magazine how some youths who were University graduates and members of JAS (BH) from some prominent families burned their certificates and became radicalized Islamically in the Wahabi doctrine which is the strictest form of Islam. I must add that it was around 2009 that the name BH (Bok* Haram a Hausa derogatory name for JAS which JAS doesn't like to be addressed as) became popular in the North because it was former President Umaru Yar'Adua who made it popular. The original name of the terror group is JAS, or in full romanised: [Jamā'at Ahl as-Sunnah lid-Da'wah wa'l-Jihād].

This is the same thing the the Tuareg jihadi groups operating in Mali, Niger Republic and Burkina Faso such as JNIM did by affiliating themselves with Al-Qaeda to get more funding and training support.

The ONLY long-term solution I see in the horizons is for the world's major super powers and all the West African countries to team up together using advanced Intel, advanced satellite surveillance systems, several attack drones, war planes, boots on the ground and more to jointly defeat the foreign Fula bandits operating in the West African Sahel countries, the jihadi terror groups such as JNIM, (BH and it's breakaway faction called ISWAP in Nigeria) operating in Mali, Niger Republic, Burkina Faso, parts of Northern Benin Republic, Northern Nigeria, Chad, Northern Cameroon, Northern Cote D'Ivoire, Somalia, Mozambique, etc. This is the ONLY way Western investments can be safe in the entire African countries. Nigeria and other countries cannot win this war alone with joint military operations. Even the United States alone has NOT defeated Al-Shabab of Somalia after several years of intermittent bombings by U.S. combat jets.

A joint total war MUST also be declared on those operating in the Middle East before they lay there hands on portable nuclear weapons. Right now, ALL these terror groups use attack drones which they definitely got through the arms black markets via Iran and Turkey who produced very efficient drones and Iranian drones are being used by Russia in it's war with Ukraine as we speak.

Some people are naturally born asinine in this life. Unfortunately, majority of Nigerians fall into this categories. Having to jubilate over US War intervention alone shows that we don't have what it takes yet to stand as a people or country. Yet, we shamelessly celebrate our pathetic "independence" every year when we should have still been under the British colony. At least, they will be able to guarantee our safety, we have obviously failed at it.
The only thing we are good at is bragging and making empty and aimless noises justifying rubbish.
I just don't see this country making any meaning growth with the way is it currently constituted. Nothing will change, the deterioration will only continue...
