You're not scared doesn't mean you should not be diplomatic in your talk. A soft answer and silence is wiser sometimes. We have a country to build.
What of south Korea and Germany that the US coloniSed just like the countries you mentioned, what don't you want to ascribe their failures and violence to Islam?

It's such a pity that Tribalism & Religious sentiments have eroded the senses of many Nigerians.

Imagine a scenario where some "Christian Extremists" in the South, are attacking & burning down Mosques and some Churches who don't accept their Extremist Doctrines, with the aim of establishing their Extrimist doctrines in the whole South.

#1. Will Muslims not consider that as a genocide against them. huh
#2. Will Muslims take it lightly just because some churches were also attacked. huh
#3. If no single person behind the attacks is arrested & prosecuted, will Muslims be OK with that, since Christians are also victims. huh
Im a Muslim and i totally agree with you.
Humanity above all religion

Deputy Senate President Jibrin Barau tackle Senate President Godswill Akpabio over his remarks on United States President Donald Trump’s controversial comments accusing Nigeria of genocide against Christians. I give it to Jibrin Barau.

He thinks it’s a physical fight like Fulani and farmers.
He needs to understand it’s a diplomatic thing which should be handled with PR and not power. Akpabio is wise to make Trump seem big and whatever he says afterwards would be well accepted. And I am very sure the next actions from Akpabio would be pointing at how Nigeria is making efforts to enforce and eradicate the crisis.

If American aids stops coming to Naija all American allies would also stop aiding our dear Naija then only China or Russia would aid us, leaving Naija at their mercy and soon we may become a Chinese runned nation like some African countries.
Dey play, America will declare naval and no fly zone. Afghanistan is still begging abi na Gaza. Russia and china don't involve with countries with Islamic religious issues 📌💯. Barau is speaking on behalf of his foot soldiers, bro I'm a northern and I clearly know when fanatics are speaking

They can come... Since they are coming for the bad guys
if they are really coming from the bad guys, they wouldn't have used religious sentiment, or accusing the govt of aiding the killing of Christians. Thus is the main reason the FG are resisting.

USA has been crucial in the fight of terrorism in Nigeria na they sell weapons for us, they trained our soldiers and share intelligence. Why is it now trumpjust wake up and start playing religious game. If they really want to help, they shoukd come, work with the federal govt to tackle insecurities period. Not accusing the givt of killing Christians and then trying to invade another country. Do you guys know tge meaning of invading at all?

Nigeria is a sovereign nation, One man from far away America can not decide for us
It's like some of you don't really understand these issues we're facing. We are in a situation where things like killings are happening continuesly and promises are given for years and the killings is not ending.

It's even going on different directions with several terrorist groups across different regions, the very few who are facing reality are the ones (State and Individual ) telling their people to diffend their selves , but because it's against the law they can't .

Now U.S is aware of all these and wanting to help fight the terrorist and if along the line those who feel they can't be touch by the government found to be supporting terrorism, U.S would not spear them like Nigeria do. This is the main issue.

U.S is not coming for innocent people! But those terrorist and supporters.

Southern governors and senators, are very inefficient and self centred, they are there for politicking and to make money, why are they so afraid of northern politicians?

12000 people died of gun violence in US but bro , US did not keep quiet or is not keeping quiet about it. The gun men are not walking freely in US or US govt negotiating with the gunmen, arresting, forgiven and bringing the gunmen into their military. Can u see the difference now? They do something about the gunmen killing people in their country unlike what’s happening here in Nigeria. Bro, Trump is coming to kill only the terrorists in Nigeria not innocent people. Are u supporting the terrorists? Y are u protecting them? What are u gaining from their devilish activities?
Oya na, until he comes to kill the terrorists.

No need for us to argue.

They do something about killings in the US indeed. Yet gun-related deaths have averaged 45,738 over the past recent years, according to the US Center for Disease Control.

Abeg, make we try get small self esteem.

May be it is time for all aids to stop coming to Nigeria. Nigeria is a country that is supposed to be sending aids to other countries going by the amount of natural and human resources we're blessed with. Corruption has rendered us useless and helpless

It would be nice if it is straightforward. History shows that US has destroyed many countries with the same mantra let us help you remove the bad guys. The outcome has been worse for the citizens. See Libya as a a case study.

I have mentioned here on nairaland that there is Christian genocide in Nigeria before Trump ever posted it on truth social.

Trump saying he will solve the problem with bombs is first not going to solve the problem it will make it worse. US went to Afghanistan to quickly take out the Taliban, 20 years later the Talibans are ruling Afghanistan with strict sharia law. Look at Syria, Al-Qaida no 4 is now the president with daily massacre of Christians things that did not happen with Assad.

Trump either fighting China in Nigeria or here for our resources. The old trick always work - divide and conquer. Trump is using religion to divide Nigeria at the moment when it reaches a critical mass the conquering will follow and the divided people will loose.

This thing dey vex me, how can some foolish old man dictate what should happen in an independent country and still expect leaders of that country to just bow down, I've said it a billion times "all poLIEticians are hypocrites" those so called corruption intolerance country will sanction our certified thieves but nonetheless their children still have apartments and school over their, how comes?! Barau knew they needed those stolen money to run their own countries, and he knew they can't do anything to him, his children a4e in that very America and no amount of sanctions can do anything to them, leave those stupid poLIEticians to stage their drama, hustle and live your life. Keep finding ways to escape your guilt, the world knows what the evil is and it is the religion of peace.
The countries without religion of peace that US went into are doing so fine, whereas the ones with religion of peace have issues, so from your own normal sane thinking if you have at all, don't you think it is the religion of peace, even the same US is protectecting the saudi arabia of religion of peace, kuwait, etc from Iran of the religion of peace, so please is US the problem or the religion of peace.
Now, the northerners of the religion of peace are barking that they will do this and that to the US because the US said they want to come after people kpaing christians, now, why are they against the US? Is it that they are in league with those kpaing the christians or what?
Lets not be hypocrites please, I know you are of religion of peace and you feel attacked, but tell your brethren to stop being the ones to first find trouble and later on cry as victims.
