In a large reception people were there by 2 am waiting for their turns to see him. My boss eventually finished with him by 3 am and we left. By 5 am he was called to come to his office by 6 am to sign the agreement. This is typical life of the rich. Can you do this? Come close to a popular pastor and you pity their life. These also apply to nations. Trump is more desperate to make more money for USA than African presidents that their countries are poor.
