Those who refuse to support or join protests to save their lives sometimes find someone they know (God forbid) begging for it in the hands of insecurity or at a dilapidated hospital where nobody will attend to their loved ones.
Is this topic about protest or Nnamdi KANU?

This is what uneducation has done to the masses.
Make as many as you can poor and illiterate, and watch them bow down to you when you throw a grain at them.
That's Nigeria.
Education is not Nigeria's problem [most Nigerians are basically educated at least].
Poverty is.

You see how Tinubu came in and suppressed the people more with poverty?
That was his strategy to subdue the people right from the start.

Politicians do what they like with zero accountability because Nigerians easily forget and move on.
because Judiciary is a mess. Reasons why countries respect USA not because of their military might but how their judiciary doesn't tolerate shit.

There’s no gain in moving on from injustice if moving means it will happen again and again, if it’s not addressed. You’re not moving forward. Maybe you move forward for yourself but the system will drag you back at some point. If it doesn’t get you it may get your loved ones or generations after.
Enjoy the wotowoto then, your body go tell you.

The current USA🇺🇸 under Donald Trump exhibits a judiciary that is compromised too.

Look anywhere in the world right from the reign of empires like Rome until the fight against racial segregation in the US and till today, at some point when the justice system fails or is compromised, people take the law into their hands. When government breaks the law due to corruption or something else, it’s already inviting chaos. It will happen, it’s a matter of when.
Okay bros, go and start chaos already or what have you been waiting for?
An evil man seeketh only rebellion: therefore a cruel messenger shall be sent against him.

No. We don't forgive easily. We just hate accountability, and it goes both ways for oppressors and the oppressed. When an African is oppressed, he let's go knowing that in the not-too-distant future he/she will also be in a position to oppress others and will also enjoy the "right" of having the oppressed let go. Ours is a cycle of oppressors and the oppressed. Bad men go out there and oppress good women, after a divorce or several heart breaks she oppresses the next good man. Parents oppress their children, who grow up to have families to oppress. Citizens spend years under the thumb of oppressive leaders, and when they become rich and powerful they join politics for the sole purpose of oppressing others. This is why Africa has no legacy to leave behind. We are a nation of oppressors and the oppressed.

You can imagine people supporting evil and keep saying it's okay as long as they and their family are benefiting from it.......most Nigerians are wicked, very wicked souls.....will never stop saying it until I see changes......
We are the worst in terms of moral and social behavior

I think it depends on the issue at hand. Some require moving on and some require decisive attraction to be taken and justice served.

Let people who have been appointed be held accountable. When their turns come we would judge them. Stop this mentality

your statement is encouraging that we should not holding people accountable because we ourselves are not perfect.

We don’t have to be perfect to hold others accountable. Because I won’t make a good president does not mean I don’t deserve to ask for a good president from people who said they would.

Hypocrisy is when you judge people strictly without taking into account excess of human imperfection but it is not same as being permissive without any consequences for actions

You get it. People are making excuses for those stealing their resources, mostly because of tribe.

Even criminals like drug cartels operate with rules and hold themselves accountable when they break rules. Talk less of people who swore an oath to hold a political office with the trust of the people and abide by the rule of law.

My statement is about changing yourself before condemning others, he without sin should cast the first stone.
How can you hold others accountable when you are no better.
A thief calling another person a thief, cos i was only asking him if he was in their position.

It is your job as a citizen to hold those in office accountable and call them out, and it is their job to hold you accountable when you disobey the law. Are you doing your job as a citizen?

you clearly avoided the bone of contention. From your response it is clear you were speaking with an ulterior motive.

if everyone operate by his own logic the world will go into total destruction and like you said when people speak like this there is always a motive behind it

Your philosophy doesn’t support human nature. People don’t need to be perfect humans to be good employees. You’re a good employee if you can follow the rules of the job and do what you signed up to do.

That’s the same thing with being in government. Just do your job, the one you signed up for. We all agreed that if the citizens break the law, the leaders punish them, and if the leaders break the law, they’re no longer qualified to be there.

If you can’t enforce the law, don’t sign up to be the law enforcement officer.
