Yes, America lacks the capacity as they have consistently failed in all their past attempts to eliminate terrorism, but they ended up negotiating with them, like the last case with Hamas. I am sorry they are not fit for the job so we can't give it to them no matter how hard they requested for it.

That's a big lie and propaganda that IPOB and their supporters are known for because nobody including the federal government is against America coming to help fight terrorism which like you said includes IPOB but what everyone is against is not to include IPOB by saying it's "Islamic" terrorist they are coming to destroy only because IPOB is a "Christian" terrorist organization too.
