Gambling responsibly doesn't necessarily mean you won't be loosing like those that did the opposite, it just means you won't be seriously affected like them.
Take for example your 10naira example, someone who staked 10,000naira to win 100million will feel more loss than the person who staked 10naira to win the same amount if the 10k he staked was far above his means.

exactly....thank u for this .... U simply can't moderate it....it's a scam word bookies use to lure people into betting.....at first u feel u're moderating it,but with time u're addicting to it....from there different positive or negative influence start developing.... especially negative...u are probably more iq than Samuel wey don dey bet for more than 15yrs.
