About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced andorganized Operations Manager to oversee
daily bakery activities and ensure smooth
coordination between production,
decorating, logistics, and customer service
teams. The ideal candidate is hands-on,
detail-oriented, and committed to
maintaining excellence and customer
satisfaction in every order.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily bakery and decorating
operations.
Ensure timely and high-quality order
production and delivery.
Monitor staff attendance, performance,
and workflow efficiency.
Manage inventory, minimize waste, and
ensure accurate requisitions.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and food quality
standards.
Review daily reports and prepare weekly
performance summaries.
Support continuous improvement and
staff training initiatives.
