He is making a very serious and costly mistake by this act of contempt. Upon his arraignment and re-arraignment, the provisions of the law he violated were read to him to which he replied that he understood and was not guilty. He can't turn around and be asking under which law is he being tried. Also, those laws were in existence as at the time he violated them. Notwithstanding that some of them had been repealed, he is being correctly tried under those laws.

May I remind you that why Buhari was the president, he also stood on the floor of the same court room and called Buhari (a whole president) a mad man and that he Buhari can not Jail him Nnamdi Kanu, he also dared him to try, and Buhari never coughed. And why have the Federal Government up till today failed to try him for saying that Buhari was dead when you all claimed he never died? If you're not scared of such a man whom your entire judiciary and Federal Government is afraid of, then you need your psychological status examined.

One man's perception of "cowardice" is another man's common sense for self preservation. No court of law anywhere in the world will tolerate for long the spectacle of hysterical screaming by any accused person, without dire consequences being visited upon the noise maker at some point.

Anyone facing court action who feels that getting rid of their legal team so they can represent themselves in court, and who also expects a favorable outcome after shrieking personal insults at the presiding judge even BEFORE any judgement had been rendered, will in so doing have placed themselves on a collision course with a particularly harsh reality.
