Can someone advise on what to do please?

I have not gotten any update(s) since 25th and it's quite disheartening.

It will help you and every other person here to accept that there's nothing you can do in most cases during shipping, except to wait for buyer protection period to end.

If this isn't too much of an intrusion, did you pick up in Lagos? If yes what post office did you pick it from? Also, when did you place your order.

Trying to compare context and to see if I can trace mine backwards.

This is how you ask sellers to know where they are shipping from before you proceed. If they tell you Malaysia or Netherland(better than Malay tho) runnnnnnnnnn like a mad man.

Lol, where they ship from has very little to do with the shipping channel. Nothing in fact, since most sellers live and ship from mainland China. Some are in Hong Kong, too, like my refunded order that was eventually shipped through Malaysia Post.

It's a lottery right now. If they use PostNL, you're fine. If Malaysia Post, you're cooked.

I just checked my email and found out that they have been sending fx rates emails which I never knew about before.

Interestingly, they're making in-app coupon codes available for our region this time, something they stopped us from enjoying in the last 2 years after blacklisting us. Intimidation from Temu must have forced them to revert that decision.

You don't necessarily have to buy "on sale" item.
Some times items not having the sales tag have better savings than sales item, after coupons are applied.
