i activated it for someone this afternoon and its going... 20MBPS IS ACTIVE FOR 30DAYS

Its not going at the moment, to the best of my knowledge only Airtel staff can activate it for you

I was there today and they couldn't activate it. They did say they activated for someone else though.

Is there any dedicated Airtel ODU customer service on Airtel please

Some are clueless they know nothing about the unlimited

This Airtel ODU (ZLT PRO) is not it at all. The first day I gat it, it was very fast and opening very pages I want to open but after 3-4 days, different issues started arising. If I want to check internet speed on fast .com, it will hardly open and when it does it will go from Kb to 25mbps then settle at 2-4mbps. If there is not light, the router is useless even with the follow-come ups.

I had to stay on this page everyday hoping to get a solution. I finally decided to do sim swap from esim to physical sim. Now the sim is working on Airtel X25 5G router. Not really fast but okay

Same experience I have with the router back up, too freaking low. 2 hours like this, it is dead. When did you do a Sim swap, nimc portal has been down for the past one week I've been trying.

About the power issue, I use my romoss 40kamh battery to power it and it drains the battery within four hours. I will just have to go buy another one like this instead of subscription with another 25k

I was already thinking of getting a cheap solar system but I'm not encouraged with the ODU.

Make sense, the issue will be having to screw and unscrew the odu to insert the sim.

I don't screw my ODU so and it's not too high so easily accessible
