Nigeria is a very poor country. FG annual total budget is only a paltry $62 billion. That includes the 3 tier of government. It is ILLITERACY to assume the government can provide all these wonderful things that Nigerians expect from the government. Funding and fundraising is a serious constraint to our government. Please be realistic with your expectations.

I want to masses to reduce their birth rate to give Nigeria a chance. The population is out of sinc with the size of our economy.
